Here at NoCo Apothecary, we've combined our local Northern Colorado honey with pine pollen to create our Pine Pollen Honey. Our honey is delicately infused in small batches with pine pollen, adding a woodsy note that enhances both your pantry and your plate. We never heat our honey above 104 degrees, ensuring that the original nutrition of our local honey remains intact.
